Recording programmes not in schedule

Our box has started to record Mrs Brown’s Boys even though we have not set it to record and there is no listing in our recording schedule. Because it’s recording this programme the box hasn’t recorded Grantchester which is in our recording schedule.

How can I clear the phantom recording schedule?

Try a Youview Maintenance Reset (Option 2: Keep Recordings).

Please note any future scheduled recordings will be lost and will have to be rescheduled.
