Recordings failed

I have been through and tried everything it says on here to try including the maintenance reset. Nothing is working. My box isn’t recording anything or letting me watch any of my old recordings. Please help!!!

Hi

 

If the maintenance reset has failed to resolve this, the only option left is to try the full factory reset from the settings menu.  This will erase all current recordings and remove any corrupt files but is the only option left to try.
