I'm getting a reduced screen size on terrestrial TV (letter box) Plus no sound. All stations the same. No problems at all on internet connected sites.

Many thanks for getting back.

Just for completness, I discovered the problem yesterday evening. I checked cables, fully reloaded etc etc.

No luck. Within settings I manually manipulated the screen to full size.

Probably not perfectly, but looked ok. But obviously sound still off.

This morning, all is good !! Picture size perfect and sound restored.

Don't know how, but saved a day of puzzling.

Thanks for getting back quickly though. Cheers Dave

Hi @des09

Have you checked the HDMI leads are properly lodged? The last time that I had this, I turned off everything at the mains, swapped the leads over so that connector in TV went into box and vice versa, gave them a quick wobble to make sure that they were properly seated, then restarted everything. It all was restored.
