The remote control for our YouView box has stopped working properly. Various buttons (particularly those down the right-hand side) both don't get any response from the TV, and also don't light up the blue TalkTalk button when pressed.
I've tried resetting the remote, which doesn't work because one of the buttons needed is unresponsive, and resetting the YouView box, but that didn't help either.
Is there anything more I can do, or do I need a new remote?
