After several and complicated chats TT agreed to replace my existing Huawei DN370 box which is now obsolete and non functioning with a new one. Unfortunately they sent a DN360 which is only a set top box and doesn't record - totally useless.
They should have sent a DN372 which can be used to remotely record using the BT App. However it appears that the Chat line is now off line and not working and there is no phone connection. Any suggestions on how to contact TT to resolve this.
