Good morning
Recently received a new box to replace my existing faulty box. Since then I’ve been emailed and advised I will be receiving a pack with instructions on returning the faulty box in order to avoid a £50 charge. It’s been almost two weeks and no pack received yet so could you please advise me if this has been sent yet ?
