Set Top box problems

Along with many posters I am having problems with my set top box. I have tried a factory re-set but this has not worked. I note that the replacement boxes you are sending out do not have a record facility and you are recommending purchasing one that does have this facility. If I do purchase my own set top box I presume that I won't in fact need Talk Talk tv.

I have only received the bag to send the old one back.

Hi

You can purchase a youview box from a third party supplier etc as a lot of customers also do.

The TV charge gives access to the TalkTalk TV store and other options such as the Now TV discount codes, but if you wish to remove that aspect from your services, our customer loyalty teams can do this for you.
