Two things here, firstly you need to unplug your PLA's (powerline plugs) for about 10 mins then try factory resetting them (pin reset) whilst plugged in and re-pairing them. A lot of people don't wait for the 10 mins which fully discharges their memory.
And secondly, if this doesn't work, the following info is needed which only you and the support guys can see and it is ONLY so that they can link your screen name to your account:
