Hello, I have an older model TalkTalk TV box which has become very slow and occasionally unresponsive. Is there any way to get hold of a replacement box?

Hi Karl, that's brilliant, many thanks. I was hoping to find out if there was any way to request one with a hark disk for recording programmes? Or are they not available?
