Talktalk stopped supporting their own app which allowed users to plan tv recordings remotely some time ago. I was told to use the BT app but I still get the same message that my TV box needs an upgrade.
Does anyone know whether this has been addressed or has Talktalk given up trying to sort this out.

As this is a BT app that some customers have been attempting to use, we have no control over the app or it's functioning and are unable to guarantee this will work without issue.
Our Teams are looking into new TV hardware and apps for the future.
