we’ve had a problem with apps on our TalkTalk box. Sometimes its so bad programs are unwatchable and it’s really frustrating. The sound constantly gets interrupted when watching anything on an app or rented. It’s fine in live TV.
we’ve tried resetting box, changing HDMI cable and playing with the sound settings. Any ideas?

Is the youview box direct to the router with a cable or via powerline adapters ?
Can you try a Youview Maintenance Reset (Option 2: Keep Recordings).
Set the TV Box back up and see if performance improves.
