Still waiting for new Youview Box

Hi, I recently renewed my contract and was promised a new router and a new YouView box to replace my failing one. I received a new router which was fine but the box was a non recordable one and the one it was to replace was! I rang up to question the mistake and was told to keep the box that had been sent as it was their mistake and a new one would be put in the post. That was over 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting and don't really know if one has been sent out.

Hi,

I called over a week ago to order a extra recordable tv box, was told delivery would be 3-5 working days but still no sign?
