A (forgotten!) scheduled recording did not work as I have just cancelled my Entertainment boost. This is not my problem: I simply tried to delete it but seem to have ended up in a NOW Entertainment loop!?
I am only given the option to select one of three NOW Entertainment packages or go back to the page which tells me that the recording did not work!
I have tried every button on the remote – nothing will move me off these pages.
I have pulled out all the cables / and restarted the entire TV system / talktalk TV box numerous times and just cannot get out of the loop. What could I be doing wrong?
I have not been able to use my TalkTalk TV since last week.
Can anyone help please - I am 81, house bound, and rely on my tv to keep me sane!

Hello Fre55die and very many thanks for your reply!
I couldn't get at the „close symbol“ which was why I was panicking.
And pressing „back“ on the remote just kept taking me back to the „this recording has not worked“ page – and wouldn’t go any further back!
Anyway: I did the „Maintenance Reset Option 2“ exactly as you suggested and I think (fingers crossed) that everything is now working again.
So, many, many thanks for your help!

What happens if you click on the close symbol at the top left of your screenshot or, failing that, press "back" and "back" again on the remote control ?
Following that if it doesn't work try :
Maintenance Reset Option 2 (Keep Recordings)
Turn the box off, then unplug the power lead for about 10 minutes.
Re-plug in power lead.
You will then need to reset your personal settings (such as parental controls / ANTENNA OUT / Surround Sound etc.) and also probably reset your scheduled recordings (It might be worth taking a note of future recordings before doing this so you don’t miss any).
It is also a good idea to restart your router once you have done this.
If you do NOT have any recordings that you want to keep :
Blue YV /Menu button on the remote > Up to Settings (cog wheel) > Factory reset. This option will re-format the hard drive and reinstall the system on your box and you will lose all recordings.
Again It is also a good idea to restart your router once you have done this.
