None of my subscription channels are showing and more tv option isnt there any more on the menu. Restarted box & router yet still not showing anything.

Hi

 

Is the TV box direct to the router with a cable ?

 

If you power off the router for 30 minutes to clear the session, then turn back on, reboot the TV box, do the channels show in the guide.
