Cant watch any subscription channels....says problem with broadband.. but broadband ok...all HD channels working...recorded programmes etc...have retuned...reset...switched on/off etc...makes no difference

This is a duplicate you are already sending a new router.
Why do people send duplicates out, it's sooo annoying.
