Since 6th March I have been unable to watch the boost channels I am subscribed to. I can see the menu, but when I click on a programme it tells me that I need to subscribe. I contacted talk talk 10 days ago and after running lots of tests was told that they were unable to help and someone would call me within 72 hours. That call never came. I appreciate that there is currently a reduced workforce, but 10 days it a bit long to be waiting. I am hoping someone can help rectify this problem as I would like to be able to watch these channels that I am currently paying for.

Can you reboot everything now, and go to the required channel in the guide.
Follow the steps to subscribe and tell me if it then plays.
