1. You View box is now randomly recording programmes not set to record.
2. Programmes that have recorded failing to play until box is switched off and then back on.
Had enough of these issues now, 4th box in 3 years. Contracted until 6th Nov 21 for TV, Phone & Broadband but now want to cancel due to failure of delivering proper service on 1 part of contract, can I do this?
