Hello,

I recently looked at my account details and it says I've been paying for TV services with my Fibre 65 but I never received the TV Box, just the router. Should this have been sent with a remote along with the router?

Hi

 

This is always displayed, but a TV box is only provided if a customer adds this to their order at the start of the service, for a small charge.  Some customers do not require a TV box as many will have a smart TV these days.

 

If a TV box is something you require, please give our customer loyalty teams a call and they can add this to your package for you.

It's listed in the package details in the package overview if that's what you're referring to. I have three tabs, Broadband, Phone and TV. When I click on the TV tab it says:

TV is always part of the package description. 

 

You would normally see a TV charge itemised in your billing. At full price it would be £4.00.

 

Is it listed as an item, even if discounted, @jfthomp?

 

You'd need to order a TV box, if you want to use the services, and there is a charge for the box, @jfthomp.

 

Phone 03451 720046 after 9am. 

 

If you want the TV charge removed altogether, you also need to ring that number.
