Hi. My Youview TV box keeps freezing. This normally happens when it starts to record something. The lights on the front start flashing but never stop until I shut down and restart. The recording doesn't happen. I've tried a factory reset but no change. Thanks

A replacement box may be able to be sent, however TalkTalk no longer provide a recording box, only the non recording model.
