Hi I have been having problems on and off for a few weeks now with my TV Box when it comes to using APPS, I get the YVM102 error code, I have managed to get it going again by unplugging everything and turning off my router, but this time doing this does not solve the problem, any suggestions please, I still have WiFi

Hi

 

How is the TV Box connected to the router, via a cable or via powerline adapters ?

 

The yvm102 error is specifically for a loss of connection between router and box.
