TV Box stuck in wake up mode

I've had my current box for a long time now and whilst it wouldn't record anything it was still working.  However, since 7am this morning my tv box has been stuck in wake up mode.  I have tried all the different reset options and even unplugged it.  I'm assuming this means I need a new TV box?  If this is the case please advise how I go about getting one.  Thank you 🙂

Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.

 

If unsure of your phone number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.
