TV Box won't start up

Hi all. My YouView box won't start up - it just keeps going into maintenance mode with the message that it failed to start properly. None of the rest options makes any difference. 

 

This follows multiple issues with recordings, no signal messages and the remote not working over months, and with factory resets failing to resolve anything. I'm threaders with it now, this box is done and needs replacing.

 

If anyone can help me register this issue with TalkTalk I would be extremely grateful, I'm going round in circles with My Account trying to get help, though I appreciate the current difficulties.
