Hello.

My YouView tv box has stopped working completely. It will not power up, completely dead.

 

It was turned off last night and since we tried turning it on this morning, nothing.

I've followed all the steps online and in the instructions manual. Was directed here to ask for a replacement?

Can anyone help, please?
