TV Plus box problems (DN372T)

Recently my TV Plus box has experienced regular problems:

  • Increased sluggishness on start up and navigating around 
  • Regular failed recordings.
  • Recorded programs cannot be played back - lack screen

This is a new (replacement) box about six months ago.

 

I have carried out a Software Maintenance  and Factory Reset (Keep Recordings) in the maintenance menu.  It appeared to work briefly after the reset but then reverted to previous issues.  I suspect there is a serious problem with the box itself. Are there any other tests/checks I can try?

I see from other posts that others that have has similar problems with this model of TV box over recent months and the box has been replaced by talktalk.

 

Can a replacement box be sent out as this seems to be a recurring problem.
