Hi, in April this year I contacted you regarding my TV Plus box and you sent me a replacement unit. This unit is now giving problems. It won't record and on previously recorded programmes, it won't play back. In addition, the remote sometimes freezes and I have to switch the box off at the wall socket to get it to reset. I've tried doing the maintenance reset to no avail. Can you advise me what to do next please?

If a maintenance reset will not resolve, next option is to perform the full factory reset from the settings menu.
This will clear the drive in case of any corruption and will then set this back up.
