TV Recordings Not Playing

My recordings are either showing as "Failed to Record" or when you go to play them, it goes to a black screen but does not play... I've tried a factory reset (saving my recordings) but it hasn't made a difference.

Looks like I will need a new box, programmes won't play on ITV player or 4OD either...

Hi,

Is there any reason for this? It's one of the features I look for when choosing a TV provider. The box works fine other than the recording functions so I don't need a new box if this isn't going to be fixed.

TalkTalk no longer provide a recording box however we can issue a Lite Box.
