I am experiencing problems viewing programmes on the apps installed on my TV box. Although not all the time, I experience frequent buffering which makes viewing impossible. My broadband connection is OK (29.72/5.68) and all lights on the adapters are green. I suspect thatthere is a fault in the box as I have done a factory re-set three times with no improvement. Programmes viewed via the aerial are OK.

Are the adapters direct into wall sockets ? Do the lights on the adapters remain green ?
Have you tried swapping the adapters around ?
