I am having problems with my box which h seem to have been experienced  by others.

 

very slow to wake up,

will not record or only partially records.

programmes which seem to have recorded just show a blank screen - not all, just more recent ones.

I know about 60% storage is available, & have tried the factory reset with no success,

please can you help?
