TV box not responding to remote

Ok twice in a few hours I've had to reset the box to get it to work with the remote.

The only buttons that decide to work are the top 3.

Then I have to reset  the box.

Nothing wrong with the batteries 

I can deal with it happening every few days but today is a joke.

I've no idea what is causing this, but keep an eye on it and let me know if anything changes.

Hi @Karl-TalkTalk yes i did that last night and touch wood it may have worked.

But what is causing this issue?

Did you try a full Youview Maintenance Reset (Option 2: Keep Recordings).

Please note any future scheduled recordings will be lost and will have to be rescheduled.
