TV box displays blank screen after *waking up* on reboot. I have done a factory reset and stepped through the installation process (after earlier choosing maintenance mode reset which didn't re-install) but no improvement. think I need a new box.

Thanks Karl. Replacement box arrived today and is working fine. I'll return the old failed unit but can I keep the power adaptor as a spare?
