I had my talk talk tv box replaced as it wouldn't turn on, it was supposed to be a newer model but exactly the same one turned up. Hours on the phone and an engineer later it was working again but only for a few weeks.

 

It's been dead for months again and I've just had an email noting I'm not using it. I cant face all the endless going round in circles again is there anything I can do to get a new one? I've tried everything and am technologically minded so know it's all set up correctly.

Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.

 

If unsure of your phone number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.

 

Please post back on this thread when this has been done..

Which model of box is it? If you would like the online support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk landline number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
