Hi @Karl-TalkTalk 

 

I have recently joined TalkTalk and mistakenly selected the TV box that doesn't allow me to record.

 

Can you please advise me on how I can get this upgraded as I cannot seem to find anything in My account settings on the website which is what all the advice is telling me.

Yes it has arrived, I have been with TalkTalk for 1 week. I tried and due to Covid-19 I was directed here.

Has the box arrived yet? When did you actually join? This isn't really a TV issue, you would be better off contacting customer services directly.
