My TV box stopped working about a year ago. I got rid of it but would now like to replace it. I can't find any email address or contact number to request a new one? Thanks

Thanks Karl, I think I'm sorted now. I spoke to someone on twitter yesterday and they are sending a new TV box. I've not had email confirms or anything though? Thanks

If you have disposed of the box, then I think that may be a problem, as TalkTalk will be unable to swap the box out, and it would have become your property at the end of your contract.

 

TalkTalk also no longer provide recordable boxes.

 

For Support  staff to consider though, can you please ensure you have your personal information up to date in your profile including your TalkTalk landline phone number so your account can be traced. If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
