My Mum has a TT box, and all she uses it for is to record Free View channels, it is not connected to the internet.
By opting out of the £4 charge, will she be able to carry on doing this?
Also, how can she cancel the charge, as she has no computer, tablet etc, she still has her monthly bill posted!

She can request to opt out of the charge via phone to our customer services teams.
If the TV services are removed from the account, she will still receive the freeview channels as normal, be able to record these, and have access to the on demand players such as BBC Iplayer etc.
