TV picture pixelating

Pixelating when watching channels through TalkTalk box but picture quality fine when watching Freeview channels direct to TV. Signal through aerial is good. Had this issue once before and TalkTalk box was replace which sorted the problem. Unfortunately some 6 months later the problem has returned.

There seems to be quite a number of these problems so could this an issue with sub-standard equipment? Help please.

I have re-installed TV the channels as suggested and it appears to have done the trick. Thanks for your help.

Hi Usher48

Take the aerial out of the back of the box.  Retune the channels, so no channels are found. Connect the aerial back to the box and retune again.  Check the channels and see if they still pixellate.

Thanks

Karl.

Hi @Usher48

A quick question, Is your router connected to the TT box directly via a lead or via Power Line Adapters?

If this has helped and solved your problem, please mark it as Best Answer so that staff or others do not spend time looking for alternatives.
