My set top box has go just stopped working , It has displayed a message informing me that it has not started correctly and gone into maintenance mode. I have gone through the list of options and have performed the factory reset and it still does not work. Can a replacement box be sent

Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.
If unsure of your phone number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.
