TV topbox not working

I restarted topbox  after it froze and wouldn't act on remote control. It failed to restart. I tried all options given on screen including software download. Now it says waking up and then goes to 'waiting' when restarted. Please send me a new box. My TV and Iplayers are my way of relaxing after a busy work day at school.
