I have been having on going problems getting a picture with my talk talk box for over a year now. I have bought new skart leads, which initially work , but then stop working, though I do get sound from tv channels. There is no problem with my internet or aerial signal. My tv works fine as I am able to watch dvds using skart connections. I have also spoken over the phone with your technical engineers for assistance, without much luck. I have paid for a qualified electrician to find out what the problem could be. He has stated that the only possible issue, why I am not getting a picture, is with the talk talk box. It is very frustrating. Please could you send an engineer out to solve these long standing issues that we have been experiencing with the tv service?
