My Tv won't connect to wi-fi, I can get normal channels but no You Tube, netflix, Prime etc
on tv settings it refuses to connect to wi-fi
is it the box or tv

Sorry, can you clarify if it's your TalkTalk supplied box that won't connect or your smart TV?
If it's the TalkTalk box, is it the TV hub or the netgem 4k box?
If the TV then support here may be limited and you'd need to search for a forum that supports your TV. What make is it?
If it's your TalkTalk box, have you tried rebooting your router or a factory reset on the box? This may clear any bugs within the box?
Let us know how you get on and any error messages you get when trying to connect?
