Hi as had to renew contract was sent a TVBOX but have no normal Freeview channels at all, only shows Freeview Play, so broadband is fine.   Says press OK to re-scan but nothing happening please advise as this has been a trial just to set up since 18/5/22 and been cut off from TT phone help for set up after 45mins and 55mins, so reluctant to ring anymore, arrghhh!!

Have you connected your TV antenna cable to the TV antenna socket at the back of the TV Box? It does need that connection to receive the Freeview TV channels so they can be scanned in.
