Talk Talk TV Plus Box has stopped working

Hi, my Talk Talk TV Plus Box has stopped working completely.

 

I have been having increasing problems with it i the last week and today I have 5 times attempted a full factory reset - delete recordings (including taking the plug out of the mains) but when it relaunches it just gets stuck in the Waking Up Mode and never moves on.

 

As I say, have tried full factory reset 5 times today and it doesn't set up

 

Can I return the old box and have a new box please?
