I have been trying to get hold of some one for 2 days now. My box has stopped recording and isn’t allowing me to play back recordings that I was able to access 2 days ago. I have done a factory reset and checked my line. Been on hold for half an hour already. Can someone help?

We can issue a new box however TalkTalk no longer provide the recording box. This stopped at the beginning of the year. Would you like me to send the Lite Box ?
