The RF loop-through facility on my STB no longer works. Have I missed something in the hardware setup or is something broken. I have tested another RF cable but no pass through. All firmware up to date and a factory reset done. Help please.
If you have done a factory reset then the loopthrough (Settings > Picture & Sound > Antenna Out) will have defaulted to off, have you checked that it is definitely on?
This is disabled by default, so if you ever reset the box etc, it does need to be turned on in the settings menu. Have you checked it is showing as 'ON'.
