I would like to add tv to my broadband and phone package but it says i am not eligible for an upgrade for 3 months and won't let me add the TV and have no recommended offers to show right now

We no longer offer TV Boosts but you may be able to request a voucher code towards NowTV from My Account.

 

If it is a TV box you are looking to add, if your account is not set as a TV account, then you would need to change package or recontract by calling our customer Loyalty Teams directly.

Please add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details, @Chester1234.

 

This is for forum staff to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.

 

Staff reply during the day Monday to Friday. 

 

They will be able to assess whether the speed to your line can support TV.

 

TV is normally added by phoning 03451 720046 (9am - 7pm Monday to Friday; till 6pm on Saturdays).

 

Wait for staff on here to reply first.
