Hi i have the old model for the talk talk plus box. It is slow and has no more software updates. 

would it be possible to update to the new model? Does this still have a recording feature?

Hi Gothambyday

 

TalkTalk now only provide the Lite Box (non recording).

 

We can provide one for you if you renew the contract.  This can be done online, however if you call our customer loyalty colleagues on 03451720046 or 03451725157 they often have deals at their disposal and may be able to get you on a cheaper deal etc.

 

as my nan used to say... If you don't ask, you don't get 🙂

The new model does NOT have the recording feature, @Gothambyday.
