Hello, 

 

The last few weeks we have been having trouble with our Talktalk box freezing, running slowly, a blank screen without any error message on standard channels (BBC1 for example) and not connecting to the internet. We pay for the entertainment booster which barely works, intermittently saying we don't have a subscription also. Constantly resetting the box and router is becoming a ritual which I really wish I didn't have to do anytime I want to watch tv. 

 

Any suggestions are very welcome. We have reset the internet settings, plugged the router into the box, restarted, reset, unplugged, checked wires and cleared the recordings section.

 

Box is Huwawei DN372T.01.03.P

Hi


Can you try a Youview Maintenance Reset (Option 2: Keep Recordings).


Set the TV Box back up and see if performance improves.
