Talktalk yourview box not recording or playback older recording

HI We have been loyal talktalk customers for several years we started to have problems trying to record all our usual stuff & could not even playback older recording the screen was black on older recording & timed recording just kept showing FAILED TO RECORD SO for 3 days I kept trying all the recomended solutions unpluged all cables even the power one, tried rebooting the router, then retuned it, & tried a soft reset, then a reset but keep recording, then a complete back to factory setting all of that was no differance, so then i went need help & spent 51 miutes going through all the questions with Mhlengi i supplied everything that was asked of including my mobile incase we lost connection we got right up to page 900 bright sparks & there was no place left to say how that was i supplied S/n  & Model Number NUMBERDN372T I also did a screen shot of all question & anser  took a video of bright sparks test page what more can i do anybody got any ansers please where have the good old days when you could just speak to some on so to go on but i am totally disalousioned

TalkTalk no longer provide a recordable box. This stopped at the beginning of the year.

 Hi Karl so are you saying that all Talktalk youview boxes do not record other people have talked about a Talktalk youview plus box if we can not get one that will record there is no point having a new non recordable box as we rely on that we hardly ever watch live tv

If you have tried a full factory reset from the menu, then there is nothing else left to try, except try again.

Please note that if you are eligible for a new box, TalkTalk now only supply non recordable ones., So it's best to try all alternatives if recording is important to you.
