Tv box gone faulty.

Hi oce have found programs failed to record and today while watching a recording when the box started to record judge rinder program could not stop or forward on the recording program.

 

Have had to do a few restarts and manitance reset with keep recordings.

 

Still same looks like box going faulty.

 

Can replacement be sent out??

Hi

 

We can send a box, but this would be the Lite Box.  TalkTalk stopped issuing the recording boxes in early January.

@OCE_Karl ok why was customers with recordable boxs not told? So no record boxs from u at all.

 

Have not see or been told the change??

 

If so will look for another company that does record ones

 

u do offer it for a limited number see chat on account no happy as seems ur both have different info

 

why say u are not support when u are doing the same thing where the the simple route gone

 

 

please explain or CEO will on what basic cost of this is in giving out incorrect info only to be told something else by another staff on the same side or they say not same side

I have asked for replacement 3 times agreed but 9 days later still no replacement. I have been a customer for over 20 years now and will cancel all my agreements for phone tv Internet and mobile if I do not receive a positive reply soon.

@hosay299 This was trailed many months ago, TalkTalk are abandoning the current YouView system in favour of an as yet to be announced new TV offering. In the meantime they have also decided to no longer supply recording boxes.

@OCE_Karl seems chat are able to get hold of the recording ones so why can u not do the same.

 

the old faulty one will be sent back when watch the last of the recordings

 

also odd the new box on set up talks about ur boost that u use to do on it not the new now tv??

 

also the arrange called back on complaint has not happened so seems u text about a window for the call which was lunchtime today but no call

 

can u see what is going on there as got reminder text this am on it

The brief for all staff from the business is that we are not to offer the recording box any more.  We have stopped ordering these from Huawei.
