How do I get a replacement box? Stuck on start up after factory reset.

I'll swap out the box and see if it is faulty.

Hi got replacement box. Thanks. However its also playing up. Had same startup problem which I had to factory reset and wipe in maintenance mode. Now get player unavailable with it stuck on loading. Cold restart required. Daily occurrence. Also is on smart standby. Keeps going on full slow start up....
