I logged onto my account to check when I could upgrade and noticed that my current contract comes with tv however I have never received a box for this?
how do I get a box as I’ve now missed out on 6 months of never received this.

The Box is not supplied unless you requested this when starting your contract. As Gliwmaeden2 advises, if you call customer loyalty they can add this for you if required.

@Roesj, the packages include TV in the description simply because it is available.
You'd need to have ordered the box to get it, and be paying £4.00 monthly for services that go with it.
If you already are paying, phone up to order the box. I understand that there is a charge for that too.
